Ever since I learned and adapted this method, I have not wasted money on avocado purchases since then. picking avocados: a friend once told me that you should always pick an avocado that still has its little wooden bud attached at the top. And also a good side dish for pot lucks or summer picnics! Man is it good! Didn’t have parsley or cilantro so skipped those entirely.
